Product Returns and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

  1. Our policy lasts (or) stands valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

RETURN SHIPPING

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND POLICY (if applicable):

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  3. All our product will reach your given address within 24-48 hours
  4. Some Item’s is returnable within 21 days and the 100% amount paid is refundable.
  5. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
  6. Damaged / defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer’s bottle/packaging.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND POLICY (if applicable):

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@jitendrasharmaherbs.com.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable):

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, from our end.
  2. Exchange is applicable with same, ordered, item only
